Mykola Kostynyan is coordinator of RESIDENT.ngo and co-founder of the Eastern Partnership Digital Security Practitioners Network. He organizes digital security assistance for civil society organizations and independent media and promotes regional community- and network-building for digital security service providers in the Eastern Europe countries.
