Topics include identifying relevant opportunities, interpreting job postings, and building an organized job search routine. The session emphasizes self-care, time management, and setting realistic expectations to maintain resilience throughout the process.

By the end of this session, you will be able to: 

  • Identify job search platforms and resources aligned with your interests
  • Analyze job descriptions to determine fit with your skills
  • Develop a job search plan that incorporates goal setting and self-care practices

Facilitator Kimberly Kenyon has more than three decades of experience as a coach, consultant, and instructional designer. As a former senior lecturer and Associate Director of Cornell University's Center for Teaching Innovation and current Senior Consultant at Cornell, Kim excels at creating dynamic learning environments.
